Greetings, Sea.Hear.Now festival. The Boss will be a headliner at the Asbury Park, New Jersey, music fest in September.
Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band will headline the second day of the festival on Sunday, Sept. 15. His Sea.Hear.Now appearance comes after the performer makes up more than a dozen concerts rescheduled as Springsteen delayed some 2023 shows for treatment for a peptic ulcer.
The headliner on day one, Saturday, Sept. 14, is singer-songwriter Noah Kahan.
Springsteen was an unannounced guest at the inaugural Sea.Hear.Now festival in 2018, performing three songs with the band Social Distortion. Also on the bill that year: Blondie and Jack Johnson.
Subsequent festivals have featured Dave Matthews Band and the Lumineers (2019), Pearl Jam, Patti Smith (2021), Green Day and Stevie Nicks (2022), and Foo Fighters and Living Colour (2023).
